Mg:LiNbO3, z-cut, single crystal PFM (external lockin, ou-of.plane channell,deflection of cantilever) Ferroelectric Domains in Mg:LiNbO3 Bright and dark areas correspond to positively and negatively polariszed domains. Ferroelectric domains written by applying -100V to the tip.
