NT-MDT SI participation in the international symposium “Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics”

The XXI symposium “Nanophysics  and  Nanoelectronics”  took place in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, on March 13-16.

The Symposium scientific thematic covers a wide range of subjects of Condensed Matter Physics.

Participants of symposium presented 444 scientific reports in 5 thematic sections:

• Semiconductor nanostructures,
• Scanning probe microscopy,
• X-ray optics,
• Superconducting nanostructures,
• Magnetic nanostructures.

NT-MDT SI members also presented reports which were dedicated to the following subjects:

NT-MDT SI was also proud to present it’s products at the exhibition section of the symposium.
