Lecture of the President of NT-MDT Spectrum Instruments Group prof. Victor A. Bykov at the 2nd international conference "Atomic Layer Deposition: Russia, 2017"

On September 27, 2017 President of NT-MDT Spectrum Instruments  Group prof. Victor A. Bykov will perform a lecture "Modern possibilities of Scanning Probe Microscopy and Spectroscopy for investigation of physical properties and spectral features of surface structures" in Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University within the workshop "Atomic Layer Deposition: Russia, 2017".
