International Scanning Probe Microscopy Conference 2019
NT-MDT Spectrum Instruments is delighted to announce our participation at International Scanning Probe Microscopy (ISPM) Conference in Louvain-la-Neuve May 26-29, 2019.
Louvain-la-Neuve is located in Belgium and is the youngest city in Europe. Its construction began in 1972. The campus is closely intertwined in the city which has the perculiarity of being pedestrian. The conference will take place at the Martin's Hotel, in the heart of the city.
The ISPM 2019 Conference in Louvain-la-Neuve 2019 is the 21st in a continuing series of international meetings featuring research on scanning probe microscopy (SPM), sensors, and nanostructures that began in Seattle in 1999 and was followed by the annual conferences held in US, Europe, Asia, and South America. It is aimed at researchers working on the development of scanning probe microscopy techniques, as well as users of scanning probe microscopes from all scientific and industrial disciplines such as materials science, basic physics, life sciences, semiconductor industry and energy industry.
NT-MDT Spectrum Instruments will present at the conference a new concept ScanT™ of AM-AFM measurements automation. The corresponding report "The Pathway to Complete AM-AFM Automation" will be delivered by Polyakov Vyacheslav at the Session X: Novel SPM techniques on Wednesday, May 29 at 14:50.
